Coolbawn Quay Wedding Photography | Irish Wedding Photographer | Sinead & Karl

It was October, there was glorious sunshine and everybody had a ball. There’s lots and lots I could say about Sinead and Karl’s incredible Coolbawn Quay wedding but I happen to have a quote provided by the couple, for use in their Album, that is more eloquent and beautiful than anything I could muster.

“Lying under such a myriad of stars. The sea’s black horizon. He rose and walked out and stood barefoot in the sand and watched the pale surf appear all down the shore and roll and crash and darken again. When he went back to the fire he knelt and smoothed her hair as she slept and he said if he were God he would have made the world just so and no different.”

  • They're great John. I don't normal go for the "hair and make-up" shots but I love the mist in the window light image.

    • Thanks Paul. I may have asked the hair stylist to work that spray a little harder when I saw the light. #documentaryphotographer

Truly beautiful photography which grabs the essence of the day perfectly! Well done! A quick query, my brothers, sister and I had some photos taken down on the jetty, do you have a copy to view. I'm the sister of Laurence, Karl's Dad. Thank you in anticipation!

Hi Elizabeth - thanks so much for getting in touch. I have delivered the full gallery to Sinead and Karl which would have included that shot - I'm sure if you ask they might share the gallery with you and there is an option to purchase a print - or you could ask them to send you a copy :)

      All the best,
      John
